ElyRose is a newly and prestigiously refurbished, spacious and sun-lit apartment located on the 5th floor (with elevator) of an elegant old building a few meters away from Santa Maria Maggiore, one of the four major basilicas in Rome, in the lively Monti district, at only 150 mt away from the tube stations of Vittorio Emanuele (line A) and 250 mt from Cavour Station (line B). It is right in the middle the Colosseum and Termini Station. This 120 sq mt apartment is the best choice to enjoy your stay in the Eternal city as it located at a walking distance from many touristic attractions and the area is full of wine bars, restaurants and shops. We are at your complete disposal before and during your stay with tht aim to make your vation in our property a very memorable one. We can organize the pick up service from and to the airport and to Civitavecchia Port, home made italian meals and guided tours.
The apartment is composed of 2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller one: a master bedroom with a king size bed where a single bed can be easily be opended as folded to be a puff; a triple bedroom with both a king size and a single bed or 3 single beds; and a smaller bedroom with a king size bed. ElyRose House has 2 modern and elegant bathrooms (one with a hydro massage bath tub, to be also used as shower, the other with a large shower). Moreover, a large bright and fully equipped dining room with complete kitchen facilities and the access to the amazing terrace where you’ll spend some memorables moments! Each bedroom has an individual access to its balcony. The apartment is characterized by original, beautiful and colorful marble floors and high vaulted ceilings. It is fully equipped with air conditioning (in each room!), wi-fi internet connection and 3 TV SAT with about 200 international channels.
Termini Station (the main train station of the city) is at a walking distance with direct public connections from/to both airports.

Fantastic rental apartment!

Perfect Stay and Accommodating Hosts

Sandro and his wife were wonderful. My daughter got sick on the plane ride in and they allowed us to check in early so she could rest. They were beyond flexible and accommodating. The AC is 10/10, the beds and pillows are very comfortable (I am a high complaint sleeper) and the home is well stocked (coffee pods, towels, linen and some toiletries) The location is right on the outer boundaries of Monti so it is a bit of a hike to the more charming/quaint streets and attractions (and an uphill walk on the way home) but we did it everynight and fell safe doing so. The balcony is huge and such a nice place to relax. I would stay here again for sure!

Amazing stay at ElyRosw

Our group really enjoyed our stay at Ely Rose! The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood with a large patio. Sandro was incredibly helpful with organizing airport transportation and giving us helpful tips about the apartment. I highly recommended Ely Rose and will stay here next time I’m in Rome.

Beautiful Terrace, Great Location

Charming property for our one night stay in Rome before sailing out of Civitavecchia. Wish we'd have had more time to spend. Seven adults aged 30s to 60s stayed here, the two full baths made coordinating schedules easier. Close enough to the attractions that you could take a long-ish walk or quick ride, but seemed to be just a bit outside the busiest area which we liked. Convenient to a lot of food and drink. Host Sandro was very friendly and accommodated us to drop our luggage ahead of check in so we could spend our time exploring without dragging our bags along. Would definitely stay here again if ever fortunate enough to return to Rome.

Best Neighborhood Home in Rome

Family of four adults (two couples) found this apartment an excellent stay for our four days in Rome. The location down the street from Santa Maria Maggiore, a taxi pick-up, and metro station are excellent. We were so close to Termini for our train trip to Milan. Many local restaurants and gellaterias close by. Cottini's and Molino's restaurants down the street provided great breakfasts and lunches within easy walking distance. The apartment felt like a home in Rome. Management answered my many questions quickly and without complaint. We enjoyed having St Alfonso Catholic Church directly across the street and visited each day. The choir practicing for Easter services could be heard in our apartment and provided an exquisite touch of Roman character to the neighborhood. Great gift shop there as well. The apartment was well furnished and we could have stayed many more days. Love the balconies and porch. Thank you for our Roman holiday.

Wonderful Flat in central Rome

Lovely iconic flat with a fabulous outdoor deck where we enjoyed breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. It was minutes away from all the spectacular sights of Rome. It also was along the procession route for Pope Francis so we were able to watch the procession from our balcony. It is equiped with lots of information about places to visit, restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores nearby.

Nice apartment and neighborhood

Stayed here with my 3 kids and husband and it was a lovely apartment and neighborhood. The owners were extremely helpful organizing transportation to and from the rental. Building and neighborhood were safe and lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Only suggestion I have would be to have a smoke and carbon monoxide detector in the apartment (this always concerns me when traveling). Otherwise definitely recommended

We had a lovely stay. The flat was spacious and clean. The location was ideal for first time visitors to Rome. All of the big sites and train were within walking distance. We wished we could have stayed longer it was so relaxing!

Very loud neighbors

The location and apartment are great but the neighbors were so loud at 1am we had to call the police. By 2am the police arrived and were able to get them to be quiet. The owner was out of the country so could not do much to help but I want other people to know this has happened.
