First, the excellent part of this hotel is that we came off a cruise ship early in the morning, and they let us into our room early. That was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, but not luxurious in any way. Breakfast is decent for €8. The biggest problem is that the beds are rock hard, and we like a hard bed, but it’s extremely hard. We did get a mattress topper added for the 2nd and 3rd night, but it’s not enough. New beds are needed. And the Wi-Fi is spotty. It comes and goes. But it is there as long as it doesn’t drop out. It is walkable from it to the main sites to see, if you can walk 1.5 miles there in the heat and uneven pavement and cobblestones. But taxis are easily available, and we did also use those at the end of the day for approximately€20-25 to get back to the hotel. The staff was good throughout our visit.

Great location! The area was clean, safe and the staff were great. Anything you could possibly need was at your disposal. Little market shop next door made it easy to get food and drinks at any given time. A direct walk to the main square & Trevi fountain. The mini fridge was restocked daily with free snacks, juices, and water. Would stay here again

Staff was very friendly overall. The breakfast on the 5th floor had beautiful views and was convenient for a quick breakfast before leaving for the day. Multiple bus stops around within short walking distance made it easy to get to all the big sites in downtown!

Great hotel but quite far from all the fun / lively areas. If you’re good with renting a lime bike or scooter, or walking, then it doesn’t really matter. But if you want to be close to bustling area this isn’t the place. But hotel itself is great. Room was perfect and staff very nice

Very friendly staff and great breakfast. AC didn’t work great but overall comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was great and the staff was helpful. There are restaurants nearby but we went during holiday so most of them were closed. Not the hotels fault we just didn’t know. It’s a little far and expensive to takes cabs to see sights so learn the public transportation options because there is a bus right nearby
