Staff easy to contact! Overall comfortable space to stay! If booking through hotels.com be mindful that information (phone number and email) is not shared, making it hard for them to contact you. We struggled with getting the code to check in because of this, however we messaged through WhatsApp and they answered right away with the information. The room was smaller than it appears in the picture. Walking round the bed was tight. Good thing we did not have large suitcases with us. I also thought staff would be there in person. (I'm an old lady.) Communicated on WhatsApp. Otherwise a lovely stay.

This place was quite small but lovely! Stayed on our last night in Italy and had a swift and easy self check in process. Very close to train station and a variety of great trattorias. About 20 min walk to Trevi and Spanish Steps. Enjoyed a coffee on the terrace on our last morning!
