Words can not describe how grateful we are. Liliana is truly the best part of this hotel. A tiny Bed and Breakfast on the Tiber river just a block from Castle Sant’Angelo. She was warm, gracious and very accommodating. The place was unpretentious and very clean, the breakfast great, but the service was definitely the best part of the experience.

Pros: Extremely clean, great location, easy to walk to a lot of the major sites, staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast is provided with good selection of pastries, yogurt, juice and made to order eggs. Comfortable room temperature in October. Cons: Noisy with outside sirens, noise from other guests due to echoing and close proximity, bed is firm and only one pillow for each of us. Hair dryer didn’t work. Toiletries were minimal. Elevator is for 2 and you need to take your belongings up a few steps to access it. The elevator is old and a bit hard to get into/need someone to get you out. After hours you have to deal with keys and 2 doors to get into the building. Wasn’t a problem but could be for someone with mobility difficulties.

The staff is the best asset of this B&B, location is extremely convenient to visit Vatican City and nearby areas. We walked from there to all major attractions and did not use public transportation. Breakfast is delicious, premises are clean and safe, great WiFi and AC but it is a bit noisy due to traffic. I recommend this place!

The property is a bed and breakfast. Very clean an Liliana was a charm. Very helpful even the other gentleman that works help us getting a cab and carried a piece of luggage for us. Is very central located by the Vatican and the big red bus. Is And older building but in Rome is very common. Would stay again in the future.

Clean, great area for walking. 10 minute walk to St. Peters Square at the Vatican. Right across from the river. Love the location! It was all great except for how thin the walls were. Would stay there again.

Property was absolutely lovely in a great location for visiting the lively area of Trastevere, with all its restaurants. We checked in outside of the normal hours and the communication with the host was efficient and extremely helpful.

We found that the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make you comfortable and take care of us. They survey nice breakfast and are always attentive to your needs. The room was spacious and was very clean. It is right next to Vatican City and it was easy to walk too many other places in old Rome that we wanted to see.

Great hostess!

The hostess was amazing. She would do anything for you and they are very flexible. Breakfast was great and she would even fry you an egg and make you cappuccino. The central location is great for visiting attractions.

There was construction starting at 7am in the courtyard outside our window. You could hear everything going on in the dining area starting very early. The mattress was just short of horrific, but the people were great, and the property in a great area and in really good condition. When construction was completed, would stay again without hesitation

Great location & customer service

This hotel is located close to the Vatican and local bus stops to make getting around easy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I would have given this hotel 5 stars except in our room (#6), you do not get wifi service. You can get on in the dining area & by time we get to our room the wifi is no longer connecting. Also in our room the a/c worked, just not as well as we would have liked, especially after walking 5-6 miles a day in 90+ degree weather. Overall, nice hotel for the price.
