This was a perfect spot to park myself while my daughter attended lacrosse camp at Berry College. I only needed my car twice - to drop her off at camp and a quick trip to Publix. This place is a stone's throw from Broad St and you can see the public library out the back. Took advantage of the shopping, dining, and walking trail along the river. Very friendly town. My daughter hopes to attend Berry in the future so this might be our go-to-place when we visit her.
We were in Rome for a training camp for our son. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants. Perfect size for a family of three. Quite but close to downtown.
This was a great location, right on the river walk and 2 blocks down from Broad Street. We were easily able to walk to all of the places we planned to visit. It was also very clean and had all of the basic amenities we needed.
Supplies were low at the property, most noticeably, lack of toilet paper. There was no hand soap or dish sponge, making washing dishes more challenging.
My husband and I traveled to Rome for a running event. This house was perfect! It is well stocked, spotless, quiet, and located near restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
Was supposed to just be me, but dad tagged along to go visit his college roommate who was in hospital in ATL. Worked out great for everyone. My only âcomplaintâ was the 1st bedroom (where I slept) the post on the back of the bed creeks quite a bit when you move at all. Otherwise A+
Nice 2 bedroom 1 bath upstairs unit. We were in Rome for a tennis tournament at Berry College. It was easy to get to the tournament and very walkable to town and restaurants. The river walk is right there too.
