Perfect apartment for a family week in Rome with very friendly hosts

The beautiful apartment was perfect for our family of 5 to spend a week visiting Rome. The place is fully functional, including air conditioning (kept us sane in July!), kitchen equipment, dishwasher and washer. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood and the mattresses are very comfortable, for a good night sleep. Nearby metro and bus stops are available to reach all attractions. We did not use the little patio/garden beyond using it to lay out clothes to dry; mosquitoes were a bit agressive there. The hosts are very polite and friendly, making us feel very welcome and comfortable, and answering very promptly to every and and all questions; they also helped us with travel to and from airports at odd hours. Would highly recommend.

Best Host ever!

Febrizio met us and showed us around then took us to breakfast. Met us when we left with pastries. So gracious as our first day in Italy. Great place, little tight around space.

Weekend in Rome

Fantastic place for a family of 4. Local and away from tourism we enjoyed local fare and quiet city streets. Fabrizio was a fantastic host, meeting us at the door when arriving he gave us a wonderful tour of the home. Fabrizio also helped with local dining suggestions as well as ideas on sight seeing.

Spacious but central location

The appartment is spatious close to two metrolines and to the train to Pompei. It has all necessities shower (our showerhead needs to be fixed), small kitchen and two large bedrooms. The small garden was too hot. The aircondition is very wellcome after a long day visiting the sites in sunny and hot Rome. Roberto was very helpful and observant to make sure our car was parked in the right spot and 24/7 looked after, thanks!

Fabulous!

We were thrilled with our three night stay in the Roberto’s flat in Rome. It is spotlessly clean, well appointed, in a lovely/convenient area of Rome (walking distance to the Colesseum) and has a heavenly garden/patio oasis to relax in. The booking process and all communication with Roberto was very easy. He responded to all questions quickly and his amazing brother Fabrizio was at the flat for easy check in and provided excellent advice and recommendations. Fabrizio is incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Would 100% recommend 10/10. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to stay with you again. Ciao! Family Time In Rome

The hosts were warm and welcoming and very helpful. I was grateful to be near the metro--it made getting around very easy. A good place for a family of four if you don't want to be in the middle of tourist craziness. The hosts sent us off at checkout with warm pastries, it was very kind.
