We booked the room with the balcony view. Amazing view!! Location ! Location ! Location !! Easy to walk to all the main sites!! Only inconvenience is the main lobby is four blocks away from your actual room. So if at anytime you need anything you have a long walk. Also there are two codes to get into the property which is a bit tricky. Room was very very very small but you pay for view and location. I would stay again. Bellman was amazing and super helpful.

The week prior we stayed in the Annex building and the hallways were clean. This week we stayed in the main building. The hallway carpets were so dirty on the 5th floor. Our room was supposed of be a deluxe room but there was nothing deluxe about the room. Only the washroom. The main building needs a major overhaul in hallways. . The carpet is not good for Any one who has environmental allergies. I would say dust mites are all over the carpet. Please forward this comment to the management.

Conveniently located - walking distance - to all of the landmarks. 5 minutes to Trevi…5 minutes to Spanish steps. Lots of shopping and a variety of restaurants nearby as well. The rooms - in the main building - are updated and bathrooms are spacious. Elevator is very small but stairs are easy to access right next to it. Front desk was helpful if asked but not especially friendly or welcoming.

Great property wirh great staff! If it had a pool I would have rated it a 5 easily. Walking distance from the spanish steps, Treci Fountain, Villa Borghese. We also managed to walk to and from the coliseum as well. We had the breakfast included and was really good. Juices cereals eggs , thw works!

Horrible hotel. Blood on sheets and no one friendly to help help at 12:30 am and not friendly. Had to walk with luggage to annex building four blocks. Good neigborhood to walk was the only good thing. No reception desk at annex building. Expensive. Not worth it

Was put in Annex building and room was very clean. Housekeeping was very quick. We would leave for and hour and it was already down by the time we came back. Shower is small and the shower head it a wand style that you need to hold. If you keep it in the holder it doesn’t go directly overhead and doesn’t get whole body. Terrible WiFi connection. Could only connect in bathroom. For a small room WiFi didn’t even reach the bed. I wasn’t able to lay down and go on my phone to research or map stores/restaurants/sightseeing. Would not recommend due to WiFi connection.

Room size was decent and clean but AC was not working, had to use a portable ac but needed to keep the window open for the hose therefore it was very loud as it was close to restaurants, barely slept for two hrs. Booked two rooms but they were going to put my friend to another building even though there were available rooms in the same building, in the end ask to pay $180 extra to be in same building (wasnt even an upgrade).
