Room sockets were broken and falling out. The light was hanging out of the socket as well. Manager wasn’t very helpful. The amenities were not working throughout our whole stay, pool and jacuzzi a big reason why we booked this hotel, so we can utilise in the heat. So waste of money. Stay clear

great location, photos not quite telling the truth

What they call the annex is an apartment building nearby where they own a few rooms, and is not connected to the main building, which is the restaurant, gym, main hotel, etc. The rooms in the annex and beds are small - not as in photos. The rooftop hot tub needs to be reserved in 1 hour slots and is right next to a smoking / drinking area. its not large enough or free enough to use like a pool, and its not cozy enough for a couples hot tub. there's no outdoor space or open air space on the roof top spend time during peak heat days which you need in the summer. overall the photos are highly favorable versus the actual state of the place. great location, easy to walk to everything, nice staff, but if you are there in the summer, the rooms are small and the rooftop is not a place to spend some time out of the sun (theres just no lounging space) and the photos are skewing this issue.

The hotel was not very clean. Our sink was clogged up and couldn’t use it much, the shower was not clean and the beds were really old and hard. Would not recommend it.

Although the hotel was nice and in a great location, we did not have hot water for all 3 days of our stay. Despite complaints, the problem was not rectified, nor were there any sort of discounts or complimentary offers. The rooftop hot tub was cold, and only accessible until 6pm. Although it was tidy, cute and central, several options exist that could at least offer basic amenities like hot water.

Good location 10 min walk to Roma Termini station, which gets you to the FCO airport within 30-40 mins. Great swimming pool and spa facility. Really firm bed for a side sleeper. No robes or slippers.

77 was wonderful . Well located , easy to walk to all sites (not to the Vatican that’s a taxi ride). Terrace restaurant was awesome , food great, view unbeatable. Also the indoor pool was amazing . Tries to emulate Roman baths. My kids loved it . Chlorine smell was very strong in the morning , only issue we had . Highly recommend this hotel , specially if you have kids. If you ask mine what they like more about Rome they will say without hesitation: “the pool!! “. Expedia has not done a good job notifying hotels about the included breakfast . They need to fix that . This hotel just did it for me. Others have not.
