The best thing about this Hotel is its location and proximity to St. Peter’s Square, restaurants, and transportation. Breakfast was only pastries and cereal. The staff that worked the night shift called my room at 2:30am to inform that a taxi which I did not request was waiting for me. I explained that I did not request for a taxi and he became upset and condescending. The next morning when I approached him about it, there was no apology until I demanded one.
