Pros: Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choices. They even prepared bagged breakfast for us on days when we had to leave before they opened. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Cons: Rooms are small especially the shower stall. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the a/c seems to be in fan mode only and not cooling air. Most of our clothes felt damp and moist during our entire stey. We complained about it but they said that was the coolest it could go. I guess there are rooms with older a/c units like what we got. Location is next to gas stations and car wash was noisy during the day but quiet at night.

Roberto at the front desk was wonderful. He gave us early access to our room and arranged transportation for us to the hotel and again to the cruise port. The hotel provided an elaborate delicious breakfast for use. Definitely recommend Hotel Pacific Roma.

Excellent hotel. We were very impressed with everything overall. The Receptionist was kind and very informative. Room was very clean with tv and usb charging points for mobile phones next to the bedside tables. Bathroom had very good absorbent towels and shower worked perfectly. Bathroom also had large bottles of shampoo, body wash and body lotion that they refill. Free wifi. Also breakfast was a buffet of a variety of pastries, hot options, fruit and hot and cold drinks... loved breakfast. Lastly, the is very well located as you can take the metro or bus to the Vatican or you can walk if you want to... its like a 25 minute walk. It was just such a great hotel. We are so happy with our stay there. Thank you very much for the great service at this hotel!!!

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Pacifica in Rome during our recent trip, and overall, it was a very solid experience. The hotel has a clean, comfortable feel, and the staff were polite and helpful whenever we had questions. The location was convenient for exploring the city, especially with quick access to public transportation and local spots. Our room was simple but comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was fine, though not the most luxurious, and the bathroom was clean and functional. Amazing stay!!!!

I don’t even know where to start with how great this hotel was. Good location close to the subway to take into the city centre, and close to Vatican City. Front desk staff were phenomenal: shout out to Mirela, Monica, and the 2 gentleman who I sadly didn’t catch their names! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was DELICIOUS. So much variety. Hotel was super clean. Highly recommend to everyone.
