The hotel was very clean, updates and comfortable. The rooms are smaller than the average US hotel room. The only downside is the rooms get hot and the AC is not available year round like in the US. We kept our windows open which was great, but sometimes we had to close them because on trash pick up days, it got really loud. Overall, the hotel was great and I would recommend it.

Great location and reasonable for city centre. Decor was nice and breakfast good with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the gym was out of use and the room door had to be slammed in order for the lock to catch.

Centrally located near Roma Termini and also major sites in a quieter district. Hotel was beautifully decorated throughout as were the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, great service. We had some minor issues in our room, a bottle of someone’s water had been left on the window sill and the bathroom was clean but a little tired and the toilet flush had some issues which the hotel sorted out. The shower soap had run out and wasn’t replaced so we had to make do with the sink handwash. There was no option of milk sachets for the coffee. The complimentary water and biscottis were a nice touch on arrival. Everywhere was walkable from the hotel.

Pro's. The hotel was in an excellent position for everything. Short walk from the train/bus station & main areas of Colosseum, Pantheon & Trevi. The breakfast was excellent & the room quiet with a comfortable bed. We didnt need to use it but understand there is an option to be able to leave your luggage which would be a huge help. All the staff were lovely & very helpful. Cons The plug in the bathroom sink stuck shut on 2 consecutive mornings leaving us unable to let water out after having a wash & we had to brush our teeth over the bidet (using bottled water I might add!). Maintenance must have just gone in & let the water out on both mornings because it wasn't fixed so on our last day we just got washed under running water & didnt use the plug. The room description said coffee maker & kettle so we took teabags as being english we like a cup of tea before bed 😀 There was no kettle & when I asked in reception it was obvious this must be a mistake in the listing. There was a coffee machine but there were only pods for black coffee supplied, no milk. The room was unbearably hot & we had trouble sleeping so bearing in mind the weather was cool/mild, goodness knows what its like in the heat of summer! The room description says aircon & although my husband found what looked to be some kind of controller, it didnt seem to do anything. Perhaps thats the price you pay for having a room thats well insulated & quiet! We enjoyed our stay in Rome & at this hotel, would stay again

Felices desde el 1er dia q llegamos al Hotel.El staff es magnifico,el hotel es una Boutique,escogimos el desayuno diario y fue excelente,su ubicacion la mejor.caminando teniamos cerca tanto a Trevi como el Coliseo,la Nacional en la esquina,tambien cerca a La Termini.Tuvimos una estadia y un recuerdo maravilloso de Roma habiendo escogido este Hotel.
