Good location, but several issues made the stay disappointing
pros: it had a very good location, close to the Trevi Fountain and only about two blocks from the Barberini Metro station. There were plenty of restaurants, businesses, and stores within walking distance, and it was easy to access buses and public transportation. The unit itself was spacious, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which worked well for our group. The air conditioning worked well, which was especially appreciated during our stay. We also liked the convenience of being able to access the property using our phones. There was an elevator available to help with luggage.
There were, however, several issues. One of the air-conditioning vents was leaking. The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms had a crack, and when we asked about replacing it, they attempted to do so but said a plumber was needed, so it was never fixed during our stay. The unit also has a washing machine, but when we attempted to use it, the power went out and we had to reset the breaker. Because of that, we decided not to use the washer again.
Communication was another issue. I contacted the property through Hotels.com four times without receiving a response. Hotels.com eventually intervened and emailed the property, after which the property contacted us and asked us to communicate through another app. They were eventually able to accommodate us by holding our luggage early and getting us checked in
