Great accommodation right in the heart of Rome. Really quiet and secluded but 5 mins from the Trevi. Stayed in muse apartment with teenage daughters and plenty of space including 2 bathrooms! Only minor negative was there is only 1 wardrobe for clothes so a bit tricky when travelling with teenage girls!

Very nice hotel, great location. Huge disapoitment at check in. I reserved the hotel for myself only, but at checkin notified that my daughter will join me for 3 nights. I wanted to be honest and pay city tax for her as well. They charged me not only for taxes, but also extra $60 for her stay. The hotel offers the same price for reservation for 1 or 2 people. I felt i was cheated.

The hotel staff was not friendly. The hotel charged us a late checkout fee and turned off the electricity to our room around 11am even though we paid for the late checkout at 12pm.

Good location with modern and new bathroom. Full service laundry down the street. Must climb a couple of flights of stairs with bags to get to the suite which is quite small. It is dark and hot so we opened the balcony door all the time and had lights on. No fan in bathroom so had to shower with door open and all European toilets have a lingering smell.

The property is clean and the room was big. However, we would’ve liked more light in the room. Also, the bathroom door is frosted glass and so anyone sitting in the room can kind of see the person on the toilet. The property people helped with giving us a divider. We did like the fact that the sink was outside the bathroom. The property is through a small street. We came to Rome for the first time and in the middle of night. There was not an attendant at night but they give you a number to call in case of a problem finding the room. It was a little strange at night through a small street until the next morning we realized many streets are like that. Walkable to Trevi fountain and many other places. This area a bit quieter than others but it was fine.

Quick trip to Rome

The hotel is close to main attractions and the metro. It is walking distance to Fontana di Trevi, shopping and dining. Excellent location. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay again if I return to Rome.

Not a hotel! No breakfast

Poor value for money! The accommodation describes itself as a 4 star hotel. This would be incorrect: This is NOT a hotel but more apartment room. So should not be 4stars on the hotel List which makes the prices also overpriced. Locate reasonably close to the Barberini Metro stop with a five minute walk away. This bed with no breakfast it’s not really a hotel but rooms in an apartment block with a courtyard. On arrival there was a quick check-in followed by the walk over to room called posh which was across the courtyard and up one flight of stairs. The first thing we noticed is the smell of musk which was either mould or dampness due to inadequate airing of the room. The other thing was the room was very dark with odd Positions of lights and dark in the centre of the room. We had to open the doors to the ‘terrace’ which was odd shaped and did not have any seating unlike the room opposite with a balcony with a table and seats. The room has two double beds with a middle side table, a study stable, luggage rack, and a table for the coffee machine with four capsules and a further charge for the additional 4 capsules of 5euros. Below that was the fridge with still and sparking water. The bathroom was small. Shower on the right and toilet on the left with the middle the wash basin. No breakfast was on offer so it’s room only prices which was expensive for the standard on offer. Only extra was the left luggage. Rather disappointing stay as it wasn’t a nice enviro

No hot water for 3 days, which is unacceptable, especially since it is not an inexpensive place. No parking available (not even in the street). On the positive side, nicely refurbished, and great air conditioning.

Will never be staying here again. The power went out during our stay and after calling the emergency number since lobby closes at 11pm we were told nothing can be done until housekeeping shows up at 615am. We left at 7am to catch a flight and never heard from housekeeping. Went to return keys and the gentlemen at the desk named Tawfik starts blaming me for the power outage saying it was my fault I plugged in a phone charger. Awful customer service will never be staying here again.
