Very soulless business persons hotel

Pros: Location
Cons: Staff attitude, breakfast
Location: Via Veneto, Villa Borghese, if yo know your way around Rome central this is not a bad location.
This is a basic business persons hotel very much on a par with IBIS or Novatel, certainly not 4 star in our opinion and we have stayed in 4 star Rome hotels. Staff are accommodating at best and reception staff English is passable and again accommodating rather than helpful. The lifts require a key card to operate but this was not pointed out to us and another guest had to help us, this was repeated with other guests during our 5 night stay. Superior Room is comfortable but soulless with everything you need. The coffee machine leaked and it took two attempts at complaining to get them to replace it which they eventually did after two days. Milk coffee, tea bags were seldom topped up as was the water for the machine. Location is good opposite the Villa Borghese park and just off the Via Veneto. Breakfast was always cold or luke warm so if you like eggs and sausage etc stay somewhere else or ask them to make you an Omllette which they will do, that's hot at least. I am being honest, not hard n the Hotel. They are better prepared to deal with company conference attendees, you will see a lot there, this is just about good but we would not stay there again.

Lovely hotel

Pros: Spacious. Clean. Friendly staff. Close to the centre of Rome.
Cons: Wider selection of cooked products at breakfast. Hot chocolate in the rooms, not just coffee. No limit on the air conditioning temperature.
Location: Close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Pedestrian access on the roads around the hotel was a little dangerous.
A really nice hotel just close enough to walk to the main Rome sites or get public transport to the centre. Lovely rooms, really really spacious! The cleaner came everyday and made sure we had plenty of towels and clean bedding. Breakfast was nice, there was a wide selection of continental products such as cereals, fruits and cakes. It could have been made better by the introduction of a bigger selection of cooked products, for instance, there was only eggs, bacon and broccoli when we stayed. It would have been nice to have a bit more variety.

Mukava, siisti hotelli

Pros: Hyvä ilmastointi. Siisti.
Location: Lähellä kaikkia tärkeimpiä nähtävyyksiä.
Huoneen siisteys oli erinomainen, vuoteet hyvät ja raikkaat. Vähän pieni huone se oli, toisin kun kylpyhuone, joka oli hyvinkin tilava. Aamiainen on normaali hotelli aamiainen, ei mitään luksusta, henkilökunta aamiaisella vähän töksähtelevää. Aamiaiselle pääsi ilman mitään kontrollia, yhtenä päivänä mukana oli erittäin epäsiisti henkilö, suoraan jostain katuojasta. Jonkin ajan kuluttua henkilökunta huomasi hänet ja hänet ohjattiin nopeasti pois, poliisilla uhkaillen. Sijainti hyvä.
