Location is excellent, the main tourist sights are all walkable and it is right near some lovely boutique shops. Our apartment was on the 1st floor which did mean we were kept awake on the Saturday night from revellers but it was quieter for the rest of our stay, although not quiet, even with the windows fully closed. Just to consider if you are a light sleeper. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well appointed although some knives in the kitchen (there were only cutlery knives) would have been helpful. The safe was not attached to the wall in the wardrobe and could easily have been carried off so we didn't use it. The water pressure in the en suite shower was not good enough to use the rain shower but fortunately was in the other shower. These were minor things, however and we would highly recommend the apartment and we would happily stay there again.

We had such a lovely stay at these apartments and would 100% recommend them. The place was spotless, modern, and exactly as described, even better than the photos. The bed was really comfortable, and waking up each morning to natural light pouring in through the windows, with soft jazz music drifting up from the street below, was such a nice touch. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps, but feels slightly tucked away from the busiest tourist areas, which we loved. The surrounding cobbled streets are full of local restaurants, bars, and a great nightlife scene right on your doorstep yet somehow the apartment itself stayed really quiet. There’s also a mini market literally right outside, & luggage storage nearby, which made everything super convenient. Check-in and check-out were really easy. The host was fantastic with communication throughout, keeping in touch via WhatsApp and making sure everything ran smoothly. We arrived late, out of reception hours, but they made it so simple with a code entry system. There was a small issue with the WiFi that could have affected access, but the host proactively contacted us before we even arrived to sort it. When we got there, Martina was there to greet us at 10:30pm, which was so kind. She was incredibly welcoming, took the time to explain everything & made us feel right at home straight away. Overall, an amazing stay in a beautiful, well-located apartment with outstanding service.

The room was in good condition but the cleaning could be better. Our clothes got dust in the drawers. We did not see a single day the reception open and on Sunday we could not storage our luggage so we have to find a place outside or pay extra for late check out just to leave the suitcases

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie für insgesamt 4 Nächte in dieser bezaubernden Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist hochhwertig ausgestattet mit kleinen Abnutzungserscheinungen. Tolles Design, das insgesamt harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt ist. Wir hatten zu viert ausreichend Platz. Das Bad entpuppt sich als wahres Raumwunder, da es raffiniert zugeschnitten ist. Hochwertige Bettwäsche und weiche Handtücher in ausreichender Menge runden das Gesamtpaket ab. Toilettenartikel, Handseife waren vorhanden und wurden bei der Reinigung aufgefüllt. Die Wohnung war ordentlich und sauber. Die Küchenzeile wurde von uns nicht benutzt, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Die Rezeption ist nicht dauerhaft besetzt, jedes Anliegen oder jede Frage von uns wurde jedoch umfassend und äußerst schnell beantwortet. Wir haben den Transfer sowohl bei der An- und Abreise auch über die Unterkunft gebucht und können dies nur empfehlen, da alles reibungslos funktioniert hat. Vorallem da wir einen Late-Checkin benötigten. Als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist die Unterkunft ideal gelegen. Die Bushaltestellen der Hop-on Hop-off Touren liegt knapp 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt, die Engelsburg ca. 7Min. Gegenüber liegt ein kleines Lebenmittelgeschäft, Bäckereien, Bars und kleine Restaurants findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das nächste Mal suf jeden Fall wieder hier wohnen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Well kept building in old Rome. Walk to everything down cobblestone streets. Choose from many eating options in roadside cafes. Grocery at your door. You will need to walk about 2 minutes and carry your bags as you won’t get transportation at your door as the road is too narrow.

We had a really nice stay in the apartment. Fantastic location, super clean, and well designed. Communication was a bit hard with the staff as there was no way to get in touch after a certain time.
