Initial room I was assigned was right over the lobby. And smoke from the smokers was drifting in. Stayed here due to convenience of Princess sponsored shuttle taking us to the port. I would NOT recommend this place. Stay elsewhere and just arrive morning of to travel to your cruise ship

Everything was nice .. staff is friendly, kind and accommodating. Room was clean and bar and food was a nice plus. We did not make any arrangements to get to the sea port and the gentleman saved us at least $75 getting us a private ride with another group.

Shower is extremely small. Room is small. Cleaning staff took a key from our room while we left for 1 night we returned the other key was deactivated. Do not buy the breakfast! It is overpriced for very limited choices. 12 euros each person for nothing more than a standard continental breakfast. Poor area is nice, some seats are in need of repair. Lobby is clean, the male bartender is great. Says under 2 miles from Saint Peter’s but it is actually 40 mins away and 20 min walk from restaurants be prepared to walk long distances or take buses

Staff was friendly and the evening bar tender was one of the most empathetic and hospitable hotel staff ever encountered. Only drawback of this hotel is that by later SEPT early OCT air con is disabled in the rooms ; otherwise great value and ideal free - secured parking for a busy city .

I had a good experience with the property. The hotel was clean, early check in and the staff was mostly helpful. There was an issue with the breakfast I paid for through Expedia but they never charged me after I mentioned the issue

This was an excellent choice. The bedroom was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Allowed us an early check in and had the crib we requested ready to go in the room. The rooms are big for Rome standard. The only downsize was not as walkable. The closest main road with shops it’s a 10-15 min walk. However it was worth to stay at this great facility. Very safe.

The hotel is really clean. The staff is very helpful. We had an issue with the television in our room and they had someone come in and fix it. The breakfast options were wonderful! The pool is very clean and the outdoor patio area is really beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.
