Visit to Rome

Location is closer to the Vatican than to the city center. Good neighborhood. Access to stores and restaurants everywhere. Good communication with owner. It's an apartment with three rooms individually rented. Condition of the room is average, small room, need to bring toiletries, nothing extra is given. Has a shared kitchen with the other rooms. Mattress needs improvement.

The place was okay. By the very close up photos provided, you can tell before going that the place is going to be very small. The space was a bedroom with attached bathroom, and a shared kitchen with two other private rooms down the hall. Located a 20+ minute walk from the main attractions in Rome. We are giving this stay a low rating because of the terrible communication with the property managers. They are not present for check in, and did not provide the check in information until last minute. We were stuck waiting outside the place for a long time because we could not communicate with them, and when we did they requested pictures of our passport sent to them before we could receive the information on how to get in. Was very difficult and stressful seeing as we had no service and couldn’t send them the pictures. Disappointing communication, okay stay.

Our stay in Rome

The place itself was wonderful. When arriving in Rome, they set me up with a wonderful taxi from the airport directly to the unit. That was lovely. Unfortunately - there was no card usage when at the apartment which made check in last about 45 minutes. My husband surprised me early, and the extra cost her person in the room didn’t quite make sense, but we know that was going to happen with prior communication with the property manager. The room itself was clean, small, but it was nice having the separate kitchen area with some snacks. Unfortunately the AC did not get too cool, which left the room a bit muggy. Overall a decent stay - but we were glad to only be in Rome itself for two nights.

Great location and friendly hosts

The location was awesome, the property was clean and Antonella and her sister Caterina were helpful when we needed some advice. I can recommend it. Great icecream place nearby as well as shopping and local restaurants.

Excellent séjour

Un logement très bien situé et sécurisé avec une petite cour atypique parfois légèrement bruyante mais rien de très embêtant. Une propriétaire très accueillante. A recommander pour passer un bon moment à Rome. Nous conseillerons ce logement à nos proches si besoin.
