A great room in a fab location. Fabiana had excellent communication and sent really helpful recommendations for places to eat. Draw backs were; the smell from the bathroom- really quite bad Water for the bath- had to boil the kettle to supplement ad the water was simply not hot enough Having to use the coffee machine in the reception- would have been much nicer to have one in the room Excellent base to explore all of the main areas of Rome on foot though with Vatican City a mere 10 minutes away

This was a pleasant stay! The room was clean but the bathroom did have a stinky smell so we had to keep the door closed to it and leave the window in the room open or it all started to smell a bit. Nice staff though and clean towels and fresh water every day! Very responsive. It was in a great location for walking and riding the bus around the bustling Rome city center.

A little bit of false advertising with the photos and a little difficult to find. We could not find the wifi the first night and we were told that there would be no electricity the day of our arrival (not prior to arriving). No hot water, AC, or electricity (no elevator access) due to this. The hot water didn’t come back on when electricity came back. We enjoyed the quietness and the location and overall quick and efficient communication with the staff. Overall a get what you pay for property.

Liked the simplicity of the room. Modern, and good facilities. Nice area. Bit of a walk from the city but good for exploring. Nice places to eat and drink in surrounding area. Easy to come and go. Good communication from Staff. Bit of a drain small in the bathroom, but room well air conditioned for hot days. Very comfortable also. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Easy self check in. Close to the vatican. Not close to the metro so you must walk or take the bus. There are plenty of buses but sometimes its quicker to walk. This was no issue for us but could be an issue for some. The room was very clean. Unfortunatly the smell of the bathroom/water is very very strong. I did read reviews of this but i didnt quite expect it to be as strong as it was. We had an issue with the hot water which impacted our showers and also couldnt make use of the bath one evening. We contacted the host who had it fixed the next day. Overall a quite pleasent stay. I felt very safe in the area, the building secure and easy check in and out. Communication with the host was also very easy.

Great location, great communication with the host, our room was cleaned and fresh towels every day. The room itself is nicely presented and easy enough to access with instructions from the host. Only few down sides were the rooms were not soundproof at all, so any noise can be heard which disturbs the night sleep (we did bring earphones to help with this), bathroom at times has a smell from the drains but nothing too bad at all, could do with a better ventilation for steam. Overall though, value for money is great when you are so easily in walking distance to all attractions in Rome so would recommend as a base to explore the city, we had a great time!

The suite style was very convenient for the price. House keeping was on point with making sure our room was clean by the time we got back to our hotel every day. Wish there was something that could of been done about the mildew smell from the bathroom area.

Good communication with Fabiana, check-in and out was relatively easy, rooms were comfortable and clean in a good location for the Vatican, Castle both approx 15min walk, Colloseum is approx 40min but you see plenty of Rome on route, would recommend.

The suite was a convenient stay while we explored Rome and everyday the towels and bins were changed which was great. The windows had shutters so it was super dark in the room at night which I liked. During the stay though, we did get woken up multiple times during the night, due to loud machinery noises and also the other guests coming back to their suites. The room also smelled quite badly of drains.

Our stay in Prati 25.7 was very pleasant, despite being on an avenue or main st, you couldn't hear the noise from outside. The room is perfect for couples. I read some comments from people complaining about the smell that comes out of the shower and bathroom, it is a bit unpleasant, but that is the same pipe from the whole building and has nothing to do with the cleanliness of the room. They come in to clean every day. The communication with Fabiana was good. she welcomed us through text messages and gave us lots of suggestions to where to go to eat. We went to Pizzeria Malaterra which was really good. The location of the hotel is central. You can walk to several tourist places without needing public transportation. If you don't like walking a lot, there is still a train station 5-6 minutes away on foot and buses also pass one block away. We enjoyed our stay there. I would highly recommend it
