Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä, kävelymatkan päässä kaikki keskeiset nähtävyydet. Toimii yösijana ja kattotetassilta on komeat näkymät. Ei kylmän aikaan kovin suositeltava kun lämmitys on aika onneton. Ympäristö on mukava kujineen ja pikku ravintoloineen joita riittääkin.

Huoneessa 301 ei ikkunoita, ilmastointilaite rikki, jatkuva viemarin haju, suihkutila avoinna huoneseen ja vedet valuvat lattialle, alkeelliset lukot, rappukäytävään menevän oven lukkopesä rikki, vaaratilanteessa tilaan olisi voinut jäädä jumiin. Ulko-ovi avautuu sisältä vain avaimella, turvallisuusriski.
