Spacious apartment in a great location! Plenty of room to spread out. The apartment itself was stunning. Check in and checkout was very easy. Communication with Francesca was great! Only negatives were that the plumbing was what you would expect for a beautiful old European building and the heat was controlled by the building (but we just opened windows to cool it off when necessary). There was a slight smell from one bathroom that we couldn’t make go away and there was no hot water in the master bathroom shower (but master bath tub water sprayer worked great, As did the hot water in the other 2 showers) All in all these were minor inconveniences that did not detract from our trip.

Great apartment - very clean with high ceilings - spacious. The bathrooms were well appointed. Excellent location. The host was extremely helpful with check in/out and offered assistance (if needed) with transportation, tours, restaurants. etc. I would stay here again.

Host was very welcoming - our stay was outstanding.A few very minor notes: Functionality wise, it would have been nice to have more shelving or storage or hooks in rooms. Also, the heat could not be adjusted, rather we just opened windows, if needed.

Our host is amazing. Francesca answered all of our questions. She is like having family in Rome and no question seemed for her to respond quickly and thoroughly. The location of the apartment is also excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The host was very accommodating and responded quickly, the apartment was very nice. The common area is small, mainly a kitchen with a table and chairs, plus a small couch. It worked fine for our family of 5. Each bedroom was large and had a bathroom attached.

We loved the apartment! Since there were 5 of us, we were able to have our own space with the large bedrooms and private bathrooms! If we needed anything they were quick to help us out. Location was great. Would totally recommend this VRBO

From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the time we checked out, Francesca kept in contact with us continually. She had fabulous restaurant recommendations as well. The apartment was comfortable and there was a surprise half bath in the laundry room that we did not expect! Location was unbeatable. We could easily walk, grab a taxi or sit and have a coffee just outside of our front door. This is a must stay property in Roma!

We had a very nice stay at the apartment. It is in a very good location in proximity to major sites and attractions and within easy walking distance. The host is very organized and communication is both prompt and helpful. We have stayed at other properties with the same host before and will do so again when in Rome in the future. The apartment is clean, accurately presented in the listing and photos, well appointed and spacious. A nice property with a nice host!

What a great find! Lovely and very spacious apartment in great, centrally located neighborhood. Easy distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain. Had a wonderful stay. Hosts were so accommodating and helpful. If I could assign more than 5 stars, I would.

Very spacious, all beds very comfortable, location excellent by foot or train, kitchen well equipped, laundry room very convenient. Matteo and Francesco so helpful and on sight at arrival! They handled all airport transit and immediately helped us with any questions!

Amazing Apartment

We loved our stay here. We were able to check in early which was huge after an overnight flight with kids. Check in was super easy, we were met at the property. The place was spotless. The bedrooms are big and the beds were so comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom which is very nice. Location was excellent. Highly recommend and would return.

Perfect for our family vacation

Francesca was so helpful. She met us at the door to bring us into the apartment and gave some restaurant recommendations. When I told her 2 of us were gluten free, she said she would send us some gluten free recommendations. And she did so quickly! She said she would help us with questions or reservation or anything we needed. She was amazing!The apartment was just like the pictures. And worked out well for our family. My self and hubby and 2 boys and my mother in law. The washer dryer combo was nice but difficult to figure out how to use and it did not seem to dry well. Other than that, and really we still were able to get a little laundry done, everything was great!!Hope to come back soon!

Excellent stay in Great Location

Loved it. Travel with my wife and two daughters and they absolutely loved the location and the unit. It is very close to most of the major attractions and the staff was super accommodating and allowing us to store our luggage and make sure that we’re able to get online when we had problems with our telephone service. Perfect Week in Rome

What an amazing place! We stayed 7 nights with our four college-aged children. Francesca arranged our pick up from FCO airport and greeted us when we arrived. She even set up dinner reservations for that very first night at a delicious restaurant in walking distance. She also arranged a chef to come teach us a cooking class -that was extra special! The accommodations were immaculate, and the rooms were large. The kitchen is smaller, but we were there to try out amazing restaurants and cafes. There is a grocery store across the street. It’s perfectly located so you can walk to everything. When we needed a ride to the Vatican, Uber was reliable and convenient. Our family has never been to Rome before; this exceeded our expectations.

The property was exactly as advertised and very clean. Large bedrooms where each couple had plenty of space and a very convenient en suite bathroom. A nice sauna is available inside the apartment. Great location and easy to access. The apartment is located on a very busy street so noise can be a problem.

Great Location. Tons of Space.

We stayed for 9 days with 6 adults and 1 child. Had plenty of room and separate space to get away from each other. All the hot spots in Rome were walkable from the apartment including Termini train station. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and convenient. Several restaurants within a few blocks. A grocery store across the street.My only gripe is I wish we had more towels, but that’s partly on us because we didn’t request them. I’ve been to Rome several times before and this was by far the best place we stayed at. This is a “no-brainer” for visiting Rome.
