The room was clean, and the staff was helpful & friendly. They helped us arrange a transfer to the airport for our early morning flight when we left. The front door is a little hard to find, it's a wooden door down a little alley. You have to buzz in so make sure you coordinate your arrival time with the staff. We had a nice little view out our window and it was very quiet for a good night's sleep.

Maryam was very helpful in checking us in. She gave lots of recommendations of the area and helped with transportation suggestions. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our visit in Rome. Very convenient location and very easy checkout.
