Gorgeous apartment renovated in January 2024 next to St. Peter's Basilica (6 mins walk). Castel Sant'Angelo and Vatican Museums are less than 20 mins walk away.
Refined, elegant and cozy is a comfortable and relaxing location for 2 families or a group of friends to visit Rome: Piazza Navona, Piazza Campo de’ Fiori and Pantheon can be reached easily with a less then 30 minutes walk.
San Pietro train station is 6 minutes walk away and closest metro station is Ottaviano just less than 20 mins walk.

The apartment is composed of 3 double bedrooms (2 double bedrooms has beds 160x190 cms, the third double bedroom has bed 140x200 cms) and a twin bedroom (beds are 125x190 cms), living room with dining area and open kitchen, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 are en suite accessible from the 2 double bedrooms with larger beds) and a laundry.
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning (in the living room and in each bedroom), autonomous heating, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dishwashing machine.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or longer than 14 days, a payment of 215€ in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

As a guest of St Peter DOC house, you'll find laundry facilities and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
