Appartamento in zona tranquilla

Appartamento in zona silenziosa su un piccolo colle, per raggiungere la via principale vi è comunque una scalinata molto pratica, si parcheggia con difficoltà, l'appartamento è un seminterrato tenuto bene ed abbastanza curato, ma presenta i classici problemi tendenzialmente poco luminoso e umido.
