Staff was kindley. We were shocked when we arrived the hotel.. It’s called an hotel but is doesn’t look like an hotel! Room was too small.. our bedding wasn’t clean.. service was terrible! The hotel is not in a Central place.. we are a family with 3, and became the breakfast with just 1 knife.. they didn’t refill the coffee.. Never again!

Dear Anonymous, we are a B&B and we don't know were you read about the "hotel". It is clearly written on Expedia. About the service, try to read reviews below.. About the city center, we are at 500 mt from the heart of Christianity, the Vatican City, Vatican Museum, and 5 minutes walking from the Tomb of Emperor Adrian (Castel Sant'Angelo). 2 subway stops from Villa Borghese, Via del corso (the Avenue of the city)ecc... Morover, remember Rome is a city of 3 million people and it is one of largest cities in Europe. Regards

Parhaat puolet; oikein hyvä sijainti, metro ja taksiasema lähellä, vuoteet mukavat. Sen verran huonoja puolia kuitenkin, että en suosittele. Miinusta sisäänkirjautumisen hankaluuksista ja monimutkaisuudesta. Olin ilmoittanut, että saavumme perille majapaikkaan viim. puoli yhdeksän illalla. Ketään ei ollut paikalla kun tultiin perille Via Catone 29:iin, mikä oli tiedossa. Ohjeet miten pääsee sisään tuli Whatsappin viestinä. Oli soitettava viestissä annettuun numeroon, että alaovi avautui, sen jälkeen rappukäytävän ovesta pääsi sisään annetulla koodilla. Sisältä löytyi ahdas käytävä ja numeroituja huoneiden ovia. Sitten ohjeet eivät enää olleetkaan selvät, vaan puuttui ohje mistä saa itse huoneen avaimen (avainkortin). Se selvisi kun soitin varsinaiseen Star Vatican Rooms numeroon. Meidän huoneen oven vieressä oli pieni avainboksi. Vessa kaipaisi uusimista, kalusteet parhaat päivänsä nähneet. Enemmän kuitenkin häiritsi siivouksen puute. Vuoteiden alla paksulti pölyä. Huoneen nurkissa pölyä. Vessapaperia piti monta kertaa pyytää lisää, kun siivooja ei automaattisesti tuonut lisää. Ei vaikuttanut, että varsinaisesti edes mitään olisi siivonnut. Roskat vie ja pyyhkeitä vaihtoi pyynnöstä kerran. Mainitsen vielä, että ei ole esteetön, asuntoon päästäkseen on kiivettävä portaat. Tilat tosi ahtaat muutenkin vessaa lukuunottamatta.

Ist kein Hotel, sonder ein B&B-Zimmer in einem Wohnhaus. Positiv: Sehr gute geographische Lage / Zimmer sauber. Negativ: Zusatzkosten (EUR 25.--) bei Check-In ausserhalb der Rezeptionszeiten (1200-2000) / kein Frühstücksraum, "Frühstück" wird auf's Zimmer serviert, wo auf dem Bett gegessen werden muss (1 Tisch, 1 Stuhl für 2 Personen?) / Stromausfälle während der zubereitung des Frühstücks durch das Personal (kann mit Bauarbeiten in der Umgebung zusammenhängen) / WLAN ausgefallen (hat wohl mit Stromausfällen zu tun) Fazit: OK zum Übernachten, morgens die Stadt zu erkunden und erst nach dem Abendessen zurückzkehren. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen, wenn die Zeit im Hotel ebenfalls genossen werden will

Dear Customer ... You are simply reporting, anonymously, the rules of our accommodation. It is specified everywhere that we are not a hotel, but a bed and breakfast, and that we do not have a 24-hour reception, and especially our staff must return after their working hours to make arrivals after 20.00 pm .. for this we ask for the payment of late check-in .. but as I repeat it is written everywhere. Next time read well what is booking to avoid negatively review what we are and do not hide being! Yours sincerely! Alessandra

super Lage mit wenigen Abstrichen

Das Zimmer war im Grossen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Es ist kein Hotel, wie man sich das gewöhnt ist, sondern besteht aus drei oder vier Zimmern in einer grossen Wohnung (jedoch alle unabhängig voneinander). Leider wurde nicht mitgeteilt, dass man bei der Ankunft einer Nummer anrufen musste, um "einzuchecken" (glücklicherweise trafen wir per Zufall gleich ein Pärchen, welches uns dann informierte). Der Mann, bei dem wir dann eincheckten, konnte nur sehr gebrochen englisch sprechen wir mussten uns mit Händen und Füssen verständigen. Internet funktionierte während den 4 Tagen gar nie, obwohl wir uns beim einchecken und auch bei der Putzfrau beklagt haben. Saubere und neue Zimmer. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war sensationell, darum haben wir generell ein Auge zugedrückt (ca. 50 CHF pro Nacht). Lage ist perfekt (zum Vatikan ca. 5 min Fussmarsch). Absolut empfehlenswert!
