In September, this entire area is a ghost town. Not as convenient as they claim. The drive to the airport is 15-20 minutes not 7 minutes as they claim.

We were able to check in early for our 1 night stay. The front desk attendent made arrangements for our taxi pick up and gave us ideas for lunch and supper. The property is only 1 block from the sea. The beach has many restaurants. Breakfast was very good too. I stay there again.

Parking was very easy and safe (right inside the property).The room and the bathroom were very clean. The air-conditioning and the wifi worked well. Great location, very close to the Fiumicino airport. The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was really good with many options to choose from. Our only recommendations are for the management to replace the double or queen size mattress for a firmer one, it was rather too soft and uncomfortable. Also, the bed sheets and pillow cases looked old and too worn-out, which made them seemed dirty, instead of fresh and clean. We spent only one night before flying home.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel location was not in the best part of town.. but I felt safe there. Close to the airport, they provided me a taxi's phone number to contact them. Overall a cute cozy & comfortable place to stay. I recommend it. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. They could have provided fresh brewed coffee instead of instant.

We got a very warm welcome! Very informative & Roberto who checked us in, even gave us the closest room to the entrance where we parked, because we had several luggages & bags with small children. I most definitely recommend this hotel. Clean, quiet area just steps from the beach & restaurants.
