The property was in good location. The hotel room was not very welcoming it was dark and not enough daylight nor enough mirrors it took them two days to give us a hairdryer. The level of service is rated about two star in my opinion The room felt crowded as three of us were sharing, we were not warned about the steps in the room which I did not feel safe while entering and leaving the room.
The breakfast was limited to vegetarians, and also the staff did not seem that friendly.
The bathroom had not much privacy and felt uncomfortable as we were sharing as a family of three, the sofa bed was not comfortable and felt small. There was no room for luggage to store.
We requested a iron on the first day and upon leaving, we did not get an iron no apology was given we gave up! and also the phone in the roomhad not been working in the room reported it to the reception desk upon a few occasions was fixed until third day so we had to go to reception every time we needed something not acceptable in a hotel room,overall I rate this hotel okay? Not to my expectations as per booking upon dining the last night, I ordered a vegetarian meal and a meat dish was given to me which upset me eventually they apologised and replaced it with a vegetarian dish the meal was not worth the money paid the experience of the rooftop was not to my expectations. Unfortunately, I would not return to this hotel if i visit Rome again.
