Overall the hotel, room and bathroom was nice. The room was clean and bathroom looked nice. The bed was Comfortable and the staff was nice. What could have been improved: The shower kept changing from hot to cold every 8 seconds.. a hotel without an enjoyable shower is not worth staying at. The restaurant was also on the expensive side and the neighborhood wasn’t the best.

The room/bathroom was in excellent condition and very clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and comunicated in very good english as unfortunately we did not speak italian. Breakfast option was good with a decent selection and timings were very helpful. The only observation not a criticism is that staff in the breakfast area were too absorbed in bringing/taking things from the eating area and lacked little friendliness. Overall it was a great experience. Some areas around have some homeless people but there are plenty of roads leading to the hotel which are nice with lots of shops and restaurants. Nearby train station has lots of option for food/shopping. We enjoyed our stay in The hive hotel.

Room was facing the street that had constant noise throughout the night. It was impossible to sleep. It was same for weekdays and weekends, nonstop noise. Also, at checkout, the city tax was double the charge from Expedia, they said for 2 persons. Expedia did not have this correct in the order.

The room was very clean. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I did take advantage of the breakfast so I can’t speak on the food. I enjoyed my stay very much and just recommended the hotel to a friend. I was traveling solo and felt very safe in the the area, even returning at night. It is a 5 min walk to the duomo and the square, where there are tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops. It is about a 10 min walk to the main train station. Right next to the hotel, there is a street that has tons of stalls set up with handbags, leather goods, jewelry and other items. Mercado central is 3 min away, and there you can find lots of food.
