What an awesome spot. If you love lively neighborhoods, this doesn’t really get much more lovely than this. I got there extremely early and they gave me a cappuccino while I waited for the room. There’s an outdoor section for eating (which it comes with free breakfast) and a rooftop hang out (see photos). The room was extremely clean and updated yet the rest of the building persevered its vintage and beautiful feeling. Can’t say enough about the staff. From the gentleman who greeted me to the lovely lady who came back from eating lunch (I wouldn’t have let her had I known) just so I can print a concert ticket. I would have stayed here another day if I could but they were booked the next day.

Convenient location accessed through cobblestone where no taxi can traverse. For the apartments, the restaurant staff next door sits on the apartment doorsteps and smoke, filling the apartment with fumes.

Just brilliant, their hospitality was superb and the apartment was spotless. Just a small warning that the nightlife does go on a bit so if you like a quiet night sleep make sure you bring some noise cancelling headphones. To note - we stayed in the apartment not the main hotel. Great breakfast and always a cheerful smile when we saw Giulia and her team.

Definitely Recommend! Cute spot!

Had one last night in Rome before our flight out and found this place. It was so cute, quaint and in a perfect location near all the action in Trastevere, but tucked back enough to stay quiet. Staff was all extremely friendly. There’s even a cute rooftop patio for you to enjoy during your stay!

The host went above and beyond in every aspect. Simone was phenomenal and was so accommodating this will be the first place I try to stay every visit to Rome. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!

Fantastic service, bravo

Giulia went above and beyond for my 30th birthday whilst I was here, gifting me flowers upon arrival, and singing to me at breakfast with the other guests. The hotel was lovely, good location & cute decor, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Unfortunately my wife is a light sleeper, she was kept awake until 4am (even with the earplugs provided) because of all the cute restaurants in the area being very busy & in particular the sound of glass bins being filled regularly with wine bottles etc… (very loud). The bed was also quite hard for our preference. If you’re looking for somewhere close to the action then stay here, if you’re looking for a peaceful night sleep, look elsewhere maybe. The decor was nicer then some of the previous reviews as there’s been clear updates & decorating since then.

Wow! This place is a true gem in the heart of Trastevere! Giulia and Simone and the entire staff was very accommodating and treated me like family. They went above and beyond! I will definitely stay here again and I have already referred my client who is an Italy Travel Coach to stay here next week! I will also refer my friends and family as well. The two beautiful terraces overlooking the Piazza and Basilica di Santa Maria in Trastevere are so charming! Highly recommended! Breakfast was made to order and they provided a beautiful bottle of wine and champagne, as well as many refreshments in the refrigerator complementary. Can’t wait to return again! 5-Star Rating!!!

The best place to stay in Rome

I stayed in 4 different hotels or Guest-houses during my trip in Rome. I have to say that this place was absolutely the best among them. The male receptionist was such a kind person and willing to help anything I would need. The room was clean&cozy. Great breakfast and location. Highly recommended.

Good location in Trastevere

Great location, but very loud at night. People moving until 3 AM at the bars and streets below. Perfect location though as it is close to many great restaurants and a short taxi ride to all tourist attractions. Taxi stand not far from property. People managing the property are quite nice and provide a personal touch.

The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The charming guest house we stayed in was a perfect introduction to Italian living. The area is filled with amazing dining options and it was so easy to navigate. They have a Conad grocery in walking distance as well. We loved it here.

Very loud at night and inaccessible by taxi

I really wanted to give the hotel a good rating. The staff are great, the terrace is cute and the breakfast is amazing. But … I was kept awake all night by the loud revelling outside my window. The windows have no soundproofing qualities. Even with the earplugs helpfully provided in the room, the loud shouting and laughing woke me at 2 am, 3 am etc. It was Halloween which made it worse. So I write this feeling exhausted. And the area is cute, but be aware that taxis cannot get there. You have to drag your bag over cobblestone streets. I’d never stay there again.
