Host advised at 6:15PM on check in date that property was unavailable, leaving us stranded. Offered a 'double room' at his friend's place instead. What?! No thank you. I asked for refund. He asked for my banking information. Again, no thank you. He claimed he was unable to access VRBO because he'd lost his phone. Very uncomfortable experience. Fortunately VRBO was helpful in securing refund.
