This was our first stop in Rome. Close to the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Easily walkable. We didn’t choose the breakfast but others enjoyed it. Unlike other places we visited in Italy, Yes hotel had air conditioning!

With so many hotels to choose from we looked at quite a few before booking the Yes Hotel. As we were arriving at night by train we wanted somewhere close to the station that didn’t cost the earth. The Hotel Yes is about a 2 minute walk from the station and stands apart from some of the other hotels in the immediate area as it has fuss free modern rooms. We found the hotel staff to be courteous and helpful and the room was impeccably clean with maid service daily. We had a courtyard view and if I had to be picky I’d say it could use a spruce up but to be honest we weren’t in the room much in daylight anyway. If we go to Rome again we would definitely re-book.

SUPER SUPER nice and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. My only real complaint is that the queen bed was 2 doubles pushed together -- which is a bummer because you fall in between the beds. I'd stay here again though.

We enjoyed our stay at the Yea Hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. Only 5 min walk to Roma Termini train station and there are also shops there. Highly recommend if you don’t want to spend too much money on a hotel in Rome

Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great location for exploring Rome. English breakfast ingredients could be better and the shower was too small. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Yes to Rome

The room was clean but quite an unusual shape that made storing two suitcases quite difficult. The bathroom was well appointed but the shower was on the small side. There was always plenty hot water. The position of the hotel was fantastic for the main railway station. There were no obvious bar facilities in the hotel but plenty restaurants close by.
