I did not like the doorless shower. I disliked the access to the facility via cell phone…. I continually had to monitor my phones power to make sure I had enough power to get into the room. Very stressful!

Not a fan of virtual check in. Navigating the entry to the hotel was stressful and difficult. Instructions were lengthy. Required separate steps. Main door, gate, apartment, and room. Each had a different process. Remote door locks were temperamental and not intuitive. One door you turn clockwise the other counter clockwise. Locking door was yet another challenge.

Absolutely loved our stay. Big quiet room for resting but just a block away is cafes and restaurants. We loved exploring all the alley ways. And just a short walk over the bridge to major attractions. Will be back for sure.

Corsini Garden

The location of the property just outside the the Porta Settimana that enters into Trastevere. Also on the same street that has the entrance to the Corsini Garden. The place is set up with about 5 apartments that have a private bath. Also has a common kitchen with seating area. All the doors are controlled through a portal on the internet. The room I stayed in was huge and had a small balcony over looking an interior garden. The bathroom was also huge. It was quiet at night except for when people sometimes where entering and coming up the stairs. A lot of that had to do with the headboard being in the wall next to the stairs though. Using the 3 L’s of real estate and the updated rooms, you should enjoy this property.

Love the room. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is nice. Close to many restaurants, cafes and bars. Coffe shop around the corner is wonderful. Would definitely try to stay here again. We arrived early and the staff allowed us to store our bags in a common area until our room was ready. They then moved our bags in and locked up. It took a minute to get used to the electronic lock/unlock system but we were pros in no time

Everything worked really well. Communications were timely, clear and helpful. Getting into our room worked really well (no front desk, all by app). Super helpful getting us a taxi to the airport to fly home. Room was clean, spacious, great location, loved the high ceiling and charm.

Overall it was ok. The room was nice and spacious but it’s a bit of a pain going through 4 series of locked doors to get to your room. There is no elevator and the stairs are from the 1800s. All of that would be fine, but there is one MAJOR problem here… hot water only lasts for about three minutes. This made showering verrrry challenging. Otherwise, room was nice and spacious.

This property is steps away from the heart of Trastevere. We booked 3 days here and the experience was good. The room overlooks a beautiful courtyard with a galleria attached to it. The room itself was massive with large bed and plenty of space to leave luggage. We were even treated to a small bottle of bubbly. The host sent us all the information for accessing the room a week prior through What’s App. This is where things can get a bit finicky as accessing this property is done entirely through a link they send you, involving pressing buttons on your phone to open 4 doors to get to your room. The WiFi outside the space isn’t great and our network service was low at times so it took a few tries to get through to our room. We had a nice stand in shower, though the hot water wasn’t that hot so we had to shower quickly. There was also a sewage smell coming from the drains while we were there at times. For our first time in Rome, this was a good property. Breakfast isn’t provided, but they do have a lovely cafe just around the corner and all of the hotspots of Rome are walking distance or a quick taxi. All the restaurants and shops of Trastevere and the botanical garden are all super close too.

The place is excellent, positive cost effective. It has a big problem no very hard to fix, the e-code to get into the room doesn’t work, I had to text many times to the whats app service, every time I needed to come into the room.

The property is enchanting and walking out to the scenery every morning was delightful. Cafe right n around the corner and all of Trastevere to your south, centro on the other side of the river and 15 min walk from Vatican City. Perfect! Communication was always prompt, clear and courteous. Would stay here again!

This property was lovely! The architecture was stunning. The communication with the host was great. The room was spacious and had sitting chairs for comfort. This was packed with all the extra amenities like shampoo, conditioner, slippers, and an excellent blow dryer. There are multiple rooms at this property and you can hear people in the common areas when they are walking through. Also, if you want to nap during the afternoon hours just know there’s an art store next door that does mosaics so you may hear a hammer banging. Would definitely stay here again.
