Beautiful, quiet villa with a private, fenced pool and a large, fully fenced garden with superb sea and hill views.
Very nice location about 15 minutes' walk from Les Issambres beach and shops via a partly pedestrian path in the valley. The villa is located at the end of a dead end, in height, and dominates sea and hills.
7 minutes by car from Sainte Maxime.
Private infinity pool with sea view available in the large garden of the villa.
Saint Tropez is easily accessible in summer by boat from the port of Sainte Maxime.
Kitchen, living room, three bedrooms including two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is very large and has its private bathroom.
A new double sofa bed, permanent sleeping in the living room for two people, a large 160 cm bed in the master bedroom plus a second single bed, a 160 cm bed in the second large bedroom and a trundle bed for two people in the third bedroom.
A first bathroom with a separate bath and toilet, the master bedroom has a second private bathroom with a shower and toilet.
