The tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment offers a wonderful view of the Laber Bay. Just enjoy the quiet location here. Right behind the small apartment building, a small footpath leads you directly to the sea and after just a few more steps you reach the first small sand and pebble beach Plage de Groa Rouz. The spacious and covered balcony is particularly pleasant, from here you can watch the hustle and bustle of the sports and fishing boats. The center of the popular harbor and health resort can also be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Built on a peninsula open to the English Channel, Roscoff is always worth a visit. The charm of this city, which is both a port, a spa and a seaside resort, leaves no visitor indifferent. A few minutes' walk from the historic old town is the fishing port and boats for crossing to the island of Batz. In addition to a casino and the oldest thalassotherapy center in France and the newly built marina, there are numerous boutiques and many fish restaurants in the small town.
