I had dble qn. Beds and both were uncomfortable, felt like metal edging was raised and mattress was gone with a mattress topper in lieu of replacing mattresses. Toilet was loose from the floor and it seemed more nosier than previous stays. Staff was polite, very helpful and friendly. No maps of property of where ice machine is or other entrances. Maybe add one to the elevator, or in the rooms. Tv wasn’t working, kept saying no service to on demand movies.

Hotel is in a very convenient area right off the highway. Downtown Roseburg is a short walk away. Room was big and well appointed. I gave an average rating due to the fact the room could use some new carpet. Room was very clean otherwise. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options!

Carpet was extremely dirty, rooms are very outdated, behind the night stand was a little trash, but staff was friendly and it was safe, close to freeway and the parking was very convenient. View to the lake was pleasant. Beds were very comfortable and clean at least and in the bathroom even though sink was clogged the shower was really really good with strong water pressure. I still would recommend it for a night of rest.

The room was clean. We had a nice view of the river. The bedding was comfortable. The towels were nice. We didn't try the breakfast or the pool. We only stayed one night, but I would stay again if I were traveling through the area.

We got a 2 queen bed room. The first queen bed was visibly dirty. Blood / feces on bed. Dirty pillow cover. We slept on the clean bed. Not sure if housekeeping just forgot to clean the one bed.

The bed was very comfortable. I had to call front desk because TV wouldn't work. She came by and was very helpful. Said TVs are outdated, so she had to push a bunch of buttons to get to the correct HDMI for it to work. Carpet dirty, and bathroom also dingy looking with poor lighting. I didn't like that the room front door was outside. More like a motel. Didn't feel safe especially with homeless living in a car close by. Dead bugs in light fixture above bathroom sink. Food was only luke warm this morning.
