Nous avons passé un très bon sejour avec mon conjoint et notre fils de 4 ans. L'appartement est situé à seulement 10min à pieds de la plage et 15 min à pieds des supermarchés Lidl et Carrefour. Par contre pour vous rendre dans le centre de Rosas il vous faudra marcher. Concernant la résidence, la piscine et le parking en sous-sol sont appréciables. Attention toutefois car les emplacements pour votre véhicule dans le parking sont plutôt petits et il ne faut pas avoir un gros vehicule! Dans notre logement, le clic clac n'était pas très confortable et grinçait beaucoup quand on se tournait. Globalement un séjour réussi, à refaire.

Bel appartement, beaux matériaux, seulement, fin de saison oblige, il manquait les couettes, peu de vaisselle..

Appartement très bien situé à 5 minute de la mer avec la piscine. Accueil très sympathique à l’agence on a même pu avoir la location un peu plus tôt que les 16h. Nous avons vraiment passé de super vacances à 4.Seuls petits bémols : le parking (sous terrain) un coffre de toit ça ne passe pas ...! Et il faut bien manœuvrer à l’intérieur mais bon tout peut de faire a pied ou en bus. Il fournissent un kit à l’agence avec éponge, PQ etc très bien pensé mais c’est vrai qu’il y a le strict minimum dans l’appartement mais encore une fois pour des vacances on s’en debrouille. Dernier petit point les matelas dans la chambre rien à dire par contre le clic clac dans le salon gare au mal de dos!
