The apartment has two rooms on 45 sqm. It is located on the ground floor and is suitable for up to 4 people. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and electric cooker. The apartment has color TV. This apartment has a wood-burning stove. Wood you get directly from the landlord.   As all holiday apartments in the villa in Warnemünde have the same and similar features, you will see sample pictures for the interior design here.

The apartment in Warnemünde is just across a park from the Baltic Sea and equipped with whirlpool or fireplace and balcony or terrace. In the historic villa in Warnemünde, which was restored in 2005, there are a total of six apartments. The villa is situated on a spacious estate. The Baltic Sea beach you must walk only by the Warnemünde Park. In all six apartments in Warnemünde can sleep up to four people. All apartments in the Villa have a living room with quality fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, living room with sofa bed and TV. There is also in each apartment in Warnemünde, a double bedroom, a bathroom with heated floors and shower and some with a Jacuzzi and fireplace, 1-2 large balconies or terraces. For guests of the apartments also has machines selling garden furniture and sunbeds. Directly at the object there are paid parking spaces of the landlord.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Nicht von der Lage blenden lassen !!!

Um es gleich auf den Punkt zu bringen > es ist dreckig !!! Töpfe , Besteck , Tassen Eine Küche darf benutzt aussehen aber nicht gammeln. Der Messerblock steht da und ist zum fürchten. Am schlimmsten ist allerdings das Bad. Im/ am WC sind Spuren von zig Vormietern. Im Waschbecken und auf den Fliesen waren Haare. Die Dusche hat an vielen Stellen schrecklich dreckig ausgesehen und Schimmel ist klar zu erkennen. Der Abfuss schafft es nicht wenn man Wasser laufen lässt. Wir haben bei Freunden geduscht. Auf Probleme aufmerksam machen ist schwer da man Niemanden erreicht. Entspannung ist schwer wenn das Umfeld so negativ ist. So bekommt man auch eine schlechtere Einstellung zu den Kosten vom Parkplatz der nur bei Glück frei ist. Holz für den Kamin extra kaufen lohnt nicht da der Abzug nicht ok ist. Der Vermieter tritt sehr unfreundlich auf . Unsere erste schlechte Erfahrung nach 4 Jahren Ferienwohnungen buchen.Es gibt immer mal was , dass passiert aber SO wie dort NEIN das geht nicht !!!

Warnemünde ist sehr schön, Unterkunft sollte dringend renoviert werden

Leider ließ die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft zu wünschen übrig. Man mochte keine Schüssel aus dem Schrank nehmen da diese ziemlich dreckig war. Der Sessel war vollgespritz. Im der Toilette befanden sich noch Reste von vorherigen Urlaubsgast. Überall unschöne Kunstpflanzen. Man sollte hier dringend etwas tun. Zu allem kam noch das wir bei Ankunft Probleme mit der Vermietung hatten. Plötzlich sollten wir für unseren 6 Jährigen noch eine hohe Summe pro Nacht drauf zahlen weil angeblich nur 2 Erwachsene gebucht haben, obwohl auf der Buchungsbestätigung eindeutig 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder standen. Dann musste der Hund noch eine Gebühr zahlen obwohl wir schon eine Hohe Summer für Reinigung Hund zahlen mussten.
