Asked staff 3 times to make up my room and change towels. Was told 3 times they would do it. Our room was never made up and we got fresh towels once and I had to ask front desk another time. Housekeeping was NEVER informed of our requests. Not much of a deal for the price!!!

This hotel does not have enough staff to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms. Linens sheets need to be replaced they have stains that can not be removed. Room was not stocked no towels a roll of tp that was half full and hair everywhere. We were a party of 6 and room was stocked for 1 person. This hotel needs a major deep cleaning. We attempted to reach Isabella the manager many times and so did hotels.com and still pending resolution

Parking was usually full in front. Hotel was very noisy. Our room view was very weird- of a roof and garbage on it. Our mirror was covered in finger prints Staff didn’t clean our room or refresh it the second day, had to go down for towels. Didn’t empty our garbages. 3rd day they did. They were nice about it. We’ve stayed at other holiday inns and loved them, this one was just ok.
