This hotel was just perfect for my dog and me. The rooms are very large and comfortable. I wish the shower had better water pressure and bigger towels. The building needs some renovations, but everything was very clean with plenty of nice decorations (some still had price tags!) Plenty of room for walking dogs outside, but some areas are loaded with "goat head" thorns, so be careful. I really appreciate the kitchenette in the room, and breakfasts were great! So much fresh fruit and the burritos were wonderful! There are a lot of extra amenities like a well stocked library, toys for kids, fruit infused ice water in the lobby, etc. The staff was very friendly, pleasant and always helpful. The rooms are not very sound proofed; we had a party across the hall and a couple who wasn't looking for a restful night in the room next door, but the hotel can't be faulted for that. We will definitely stay here again.

If I could give the staff a 10, I would. They were so accommodating, friendly and helpful, making sure all of our needs were met. The rooms were somewhat dated with marked furniture but clean. They did have a full refrigerator with freezer which was convenient also.

Looks like it used to be a nursing home, so rooms are very spacious and nice. Staff was very friendly, hotel looked in good condition. Would recommend, ill probably end up staying here again in the future.

Hidden gem in Roswell. Definately recommend staying here. Large, clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, toats, bagels, fruit, applesauce and a few cereals. Ask Roger if you need anything. He's very friendly. Bed was the best on our trip.
