The room was way bigger than I was expecting, and really clean and comfortable. I loved having the balcony access but really pay attention to the sign they have on the wall in the room that warns you about the tiny flies that come in because that is no joke! The first night, I left the doors open a little longer than I probably should have and I was sleeping with flies for the rest of my stay! Very much my own fault though, so this is just a warning! The pool was great, I only dipped my toes in on a very hot day but it was so nice to have it there. Also really recommend the BBQ restaurant next door, and Kuirau Park across the road, especially for the free thermal foot spa!

Facilities were ok, bed was comfortable but just the noise traveled, 9:30pm there were a bunch of people in the pool, running up & down the hall, no sense of respect for the noise. Could hear the people in the above room stomping on the floor. Just annoying when you have a sports tournament and needed rest but the noise was constant.

Everything was really good for the price and location, staff and utilities were great. Just unfortunate on the first night had neighbours that were very loud up until 12am, the rooms not really soundproof but other than that everything was great.

I cannot fault anything with regard to my stay. The moment I walked into reception Zaria was warm friendly and welcoming. My room was clean. The bed was super comfortable The shower ran a perfect temperature. Prasaad couldn't do enough when I needed assistance. To top it off the Thermal pool was the absolute finish to a wonderful stay. I will be back Ty 😊
