Great comfortable stay. Wonderful hotel with great lighting which is usually a problem with hotels. If pushed to give a criticism, the bathrooms could have had deeper shower trays and bigger basins, that’s all. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful hotel with lovely view over Rotterdam and the Maas River. Beautiful roomy room. Nice restaurant on the premises and safe parking. Helpful and nice staff. Public transportation close by. It would be lovely to have a coffee machine in the room instead of instant coffee.

I stayed at ART Hotel Rotterdam from 10–16 Oct 2025. At 3 a.m. on 11 Oct, someone knocked repeatedly on my door — there’s no peephole, so I couldn’t see who it was. Then, at midnight on the 14th, a staff member of staff entered my room with a master key while I was asleep and didn’t leave immediately after seeing me. Reception later said they “thought the room was checked out early that day.” I felt unsafe, checked out early, and moved elsewhere. Despite admitting fault, the hotel refused to refund the last two days of my stay.

The hotel is spetacular, chic and very beautyful to sit in the lobby and have a drink. If you make an online reservation, just sent an e-mail with your reservation number and ask or the room/ view you would like. I would stay there again and recommend it.
