A sincere thank you to Staff and the helpful Manager for assistance with logistics and timing. HNH Rotterdam has comfortable basic accomodation at a reasonable and fair cost. The decor was pleasantly surprising and featured a variety of creative designs. Located close to Rotterdam Central Station makes it convenient to access from local trains. I’ll definitely try booking here again.

Friendly, helpful staff but so.many.steep.stairs and no elevator. Not a great place for people with mobility issues. Great location next to the train station and plenty of places to eat.

Absolutely awesome stay! This is by far the most quirky place I’ve ever stayed the rooms are small but very cool, nice and clean, excellent location right near the station and a very lovely team of staff, I fell ill on the last night of the stay and they organised a late check out for us, so I could stay in bed until needing to go to the airport!

Everything was Great! Close to Central Station which was ideal for our trip! The room was basic BUT, I’d stay there again in a heartbeat! The interior of the hotel is amazing! No issues! Book it!!!

The location was very good only a short walk from Rotterdam Centraal train station. The decor in both the room and common areas was quirky but this was expected from the photos online. The breakfast was reasonable but the location layout meant that there was limited seating adjacent. The staff were really friendly. However my main criciticism was that I had an issue with my door lock which at one point I was unable to open the door or even get the key out. I left it with the evening staff person whilst I went for an evening meal. When I returned I somehow managed to open the door with difficulty but left it unlocked overnight in case of any further issues. Apparently she tried to report this to her manager whilst I was out but could not get hold of him. I don't know if there was a spare alternate room as I was not offered one but thankfully this was my 2nd night of 2.

Service upon check-in was excellent. The room was decent and very clean. I loved the personal welcoming note on arrival. It may be noisy at times due to all the wood, but I had a wonderful sleep. Very conveniently located near the station, so good for an early train.

For the price it’s what I expected. Staff are never at the front desk and always have to press a button. This is both inconvenient and unsafe. Lots of stairs and was unable to use the lifts. The decor is funky and unique for sure but a little worn out and the room itself was as bare and basic as can be.

Good yet spartan Lots of stairs. Fine for young and healthy and agile middle and/or Older folks. if you have any handicap it is not for you. Very trendy decor. Modern bathroom. If you are agile it is just fine. I liked it!!!

The room was clean but very small, the bed was touching the was on thhree sides and the room felt tight overall. Accessibility could also have been better. There were a lot of stairs to get to the room.

Interesting place to stay

An interesting place to say, quirky to say the least. I stayed 3 nights and slept very well. Only issue was room is not serviced daily, but you can request additional towels etc. Nice to have access to free coffee in the morning. A big plus for me was the proximity to the train station and quiet location. Staff were all very helpful and welcoming
