Wir legen großen Wert darauf, unseren Gästen ein angenehmes Ambiente zu bieten.Wir bedauern jedoch, dass Ihre Zimmerwünsche bezüglich der Nähe zueinander nicht erfüllt wurden. Wir bemühen uns stets, die Wünsche unserer Gäste zu berücksichtigen, und es tut uns leid, dass wir in diesem Fall nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprechen konnten. Bezüglich der Lage unseres Hotels möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass wir uns in einer grünen Umgebung in Schiedam befinden und sowohl das historische Zentrum von Schiedam als auch das Zentrum von Rotterdam gut erreichbar sind. Wir verstehen, dass dies für manche Gäste nicht ideal sein mag, aber wir hoffen, dass die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten für andere Gäste ansprechend ist.
