Welcome to this comfortable 24m2 studio on the 3rd floor (no lift), ideally located in Rouen near Place Saint Marc!
L'Elisabeth has a bright living room with double bed (140*190), a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, and a bathroom with WC.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, oven/microwave, kettle and all kitchen utensils.
The double bed is very cosy thanks to its soft hotel bedding. Wifi and television are available in the accommodation.
The bathroom is perfectly functional, with a bath, washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. The Saint-Marc market: This is one of Rouen's biggest markets, held several times a week (usually Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays). The market attracts locals and visitors alike. You'll find a wide variety of local produce: fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, cheese, fish, clothes, antiques and other handicrafts. It's particularly popular for the quality of its fresh produce and the lively atmosphere.
