The stay was good, room clean and bathroom clean and spacious. Only downside of it was too hot and the room only had one small fan to offer. Aside from that it was good

The hotel ticked all the boxes and have booked again for our next bowls tournament in a few weeks. The only neg was, it was so hot in the bedroom to sleep due to the hot weather, oh for air con. Wife who is a Coeliac was well catered for and could eat everything at the excellent breakfast

Nice hotel but no air conditioning

Everything about the stay was pleasurable except it was an extremely hot day and there was no air conditioning and with the room being quite small it was uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Had a great stay - lovely staff and the hotel was nice. Only one thing was that the floor in the room had not been hovered properly. We did not notice this at first but there was quite a large clump of blonde hair on the carpet. I just picked it up with paper and all was fine!

I stayed in room 21, and was disappointed that a water pump was in a loft area above the room, and every time somebody ran a tap hot or cold it started the pump off,,, lasting around 30 seconds it never stopped all night, certainly disturbing my sleep, I accepted the small room, my choice but the noise was never ending,, I’ll never be returning…

Unfortunately we were in a ground floor room with a view of a wall and therefore it was very dark. Breakfast is buffet. Basic choice but food was tasty and hot Excellent lication, 10 minute walkninto town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants. 5 minutes drive to Warwick Castle

Jepherson hotel

Very g ood, great location close to high street, Jephson gardens. Warwick castle, Kenelworth Castle, a twenty minute erive ftom Edge hill. Stratford upon Avon. Cvery good value for money.

The property was conveniently located and the staff very helpful but we were disappointed by the menu as we were looking forward to steak. Also the gin selection was poor and the scrabbled egg at breakfast was such that we decided not to eat any. Normally a hotel of this standing would offer fruit with breakfast but there were no healthy options in our opinion.

Amazing two day stay at Jephenson Hotel. Staff was very friendly and room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and when I asked them they even did poached eggs for us.

Good stay, check in good, as ever with a Hotels.com booking you seem to be given the rooms as far from reception as physically possible, bed great however every step in the room made loose floorboards make the wardrobe rattle
