Küchenscharben

Wir wollten 1 Woche mal raus und mit unserem Hund Urlaub machen. Bei der Ankunft roch es schon etwas muffig nach Feuchtigkeit. Das Haus erschien uns aber sauber und nett eingerichtet.Am Abend wollte ich im Durchgang zum Badezimmer meinen Hund füttern. Kaum das Fressen im Napf, fielen aus der Wand ganz viele Scharben aus den alten Holzbalken. Super eklig.Sie kamen aus den Abflüssen des Bades und liefen über die Böden und Teppiche. Wir bräuchten 3 Tage, bis wir ein neues Haus bekommen haben. Der Gastgeber war Novasol. Gebucht über FeWo. Ich fand es wirklich schlimm, dass sich erst keiner der Sache annehmen wollte und so tat, als wenn es normal wäre. Erst nachdem giftige Substanzen ausgesprüht wurden,die Anfangs auch als harmlos für Tiere abgetan wurden, man dann doch einräumen musste, daß sie giftig für Hunde sind, würde ein Haustausch in Erwägung gezogen. Wir müssten allerdings auch noch einen Aufpreis von 100 für die letzten 5 Tage für das neue Haus bezahlen. Hier auch kein Anflug von Wiedergutmachung! Die letzten Tage waren sehr schön. Dennoch haben sich hier die beiden Agenturen nicht gerade mit Ruhm bekleckert!
