Tucked into the trees of Mendon, Vermont, this Gateway Condo is a comfortable and relaxed space designed for easy getaways in every season. With Killington and Pico just minutes away, this two-bedroom retreat is an ideal home base for skiing, hiking, and exploring the Green Mountains.
This bright and welcoming condo offers a simple, functional layout that’s perfect for families, couples, or small groups. The living room features a gas fireplace and Smart TV, making it a cozy spot to unwind after a day outdoors. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy quiet forest views and crisp mountain air.
The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home, from quick breakfasts before hitting the slopes to laid-back dinners after a long day. A dining area provides space to gather, eat, and plan the next day’s adventure.
Two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom allow the condo to sleep up to six guests, offering plenty of room to spread out and recharge.
In warmer months, guests can enjoy seasonal access to the outdoor pool, while year-round travelers will love the unbeatable location close to trails, ski lifts, waterfalls, and local dining in Killington.

-Park in the back lot and walk down six steps to Building A
-Use the stairwell to reach the second floor (approximately 15 stairs; no elevator)
-Enter the interior hallway, turn left, and Unit 10 will be the first door on the left
Other things to note
-Second-floor unit (no elevator)
-Outdoor pool is open seasonally in summer only
-Ski locker available on first floor for secure ski storage
-Trash & Recycling: Please remove all trash, including any food left in the fridge, and place bagged trash in the outdoor dumpster.
-No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside on the property.
-No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- No Parties are allowed or a $500 additional cleaning fee will apply.
-Damage Policy: Accidents happen—please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly. The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $750, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded.)
-Starter Pack: Ohana provides a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed.
-Grill Use: If a grill is available, please do not move it and keep it 5–10 feet from the house at all times. Kindly clean the grill after each use. If propane runs out, please contact Ohana customer service for a replacement.
-Private Wells & Septic Systems: Some of our homes use private wells and septic systems. Please: Flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items.
