- There is free parking available for 3 vehicles (off street parking). Additional guests can park along Rt. 1A if space allows it. gets super busy during Summer months
- If you are traveling with small or very young children, please be mindful that the home is close to Ocean Blvd that is a busy road; we don't have any child safety features available such as outlet covers, cabinet locks etc.
- Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Don't forget to log out.
- There is NO Dishwasher, NO Washer/Dryer (laundromat is 4 miles away)
- There are bedroom air conditioners, if needed, and another freestanding air conditioner for the main living area. At the beach, the use of open windows and air flow through the house will work the best.
- Please use the grill only on the deck and not anywhere adjacent to the house
- This home is NOT pet friendly
