We have some early risers and they could go inside the kitchen for breakfast and coffee without feeling guilty of being loud and waking others up!

The only negatives were the a/c in the common area didn't seem to work well as the filter looked to be completely caked. Several of the a/c units in the rooms should be cleaned as everyone's allergies seemed to be really bad after the 1st nights stay.

The living room and kitchen being seperate from the rooms made it comfortable for everyone to sleep peacefully when they wanted. Great surround system outside, 2 large tvs outside, volleyball net and tether ball made it easy to have a good time together. The only downside was there were no bed sheets or pillowcases which I was unaware of, but it was stated in the email I just missed it. Overall it was a great time and we were all pleased with our stay here!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our house was dirty when we arrived, we could clearly see that cleaning was not done. The kitchen had limited pots and pans and the ones that were there were old, teflon falling off when cooking and all the food sticks to pan. No plasticware and the layout of the house was different than described. The bedrooms are outside the main house including the restroom. The beds were hard and not comfortable. The pool was dirty, the light kept coming out of the wall.

House was perfect for 3 -4 large families. Beds were comfortable but the blankets that were left looked like they were 30 years old. It was not the cleanest and certainly not kept up like it should or could be with things most people would expect in vacation home. The pool was dirty and there was no way to clean because the net was ripped out on pole and the jets barely circulated the water. The air vents were disgusting and that was something that could have easily been prevented. We were not told the washer and dryer were broken and unavailable which would not have changed our reservations but would have changed what we packed so it would have been nice if someone told us ahead of time but no one did. The BBQ pit is more like a smoker and the grate was so high, it made it very difficult to BBQ food. These things were all very preventable but clearly ignored by the management. The best feature of this house was room set up/privacy for each family and the surround sound indoor/outdoor radio. House had a lot of potential but looks like it has been ignored and mismanaged
