Generally clean and nice - only a little black buildup on the inside bottom tiled corners of the bathtub. Very good breakfast with pleasant and helpful attendant.

check-in was pleasant. Catalina was efficient and accomodated an early check-in. room was clean and comfortable. alarm clock was 1 hour earlier than requested for wake up call (apparently alarm not aware of time change). finally, computer in business center definitely needs a printer (for boarding passes etc).

The hotel had no wifi connection, the room carpet smelled and was sticky. Lampshades barely hanging on. Furnishings were old and scratched. One outlet did not work. The TV was small, old only local channels.

Convenient location for stay near family over Thanksgiving. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Only negative was a heater that made a shockingly loud noise at 1 AM. This happened in only one of the two rooms we reserved.

The room smoke detector went off at 1:30am. We were trying to go back to sleep, but its too loud, plus the detector is a talking detector and got more worsen. I reported to receptionist to have the maintenance to check the detector, but I was told that no maintenance on duty, they come in around 9 or 10am. we didnt got to sleep and I asked for refund or compensation

Very courteous staff, clean place with ample parking. Nice little breakfast in the morning with decent coffee. Rooms are spacious. Bed is a touch too stiff for those that like it softer. Would stay here again. Conveniently located yet that does lead to more roadway noise.

On the website, it shows that it’s only 5.6 miles away from Thunder valley but on our maps it’s about 10 miles. The bed is uncomfortable and very squeaky. The AC unit is very loud. Couldn’t sleep through the night.
