The first room had roaches and it stink the cleaning lady came to spray raid with me in the room the lady at service desk was very helpful and on top all this I’m In wheelchair the lady in the front helped me.

They asked us to leave after allowing me to use my ID for deposite after they agreed to let me go get the cash and be late , and did so very rudley

There was about a two inch gap under the room door to the hall so it felt not so private. The room was a little run down. There was barely a comforter on the bed and the toilet seat was falling off.

Room was nice, beds comfortable. Water temperature tricky too adjust, too cold or too hot. There was a lot of traffic noise. The pool needed vacuuming. Same food every morning. Homeless people adjacent to parking lot that ran around the parking lot at night.

The desk clerk upgraded us to an executive suite -- separate sitting room, two TVs, a deck, extra large. Problem was that it was at the end of the building so hot water had a long way to go from water heater. In two nights stay water never got warmer than barely luke war. Hotel is located at one of the busiest intersections in Sacramento area. Our unit was located at end of building closest to intersection. We were there Saturday and Sunday night. The intersection is located on route frequented by motorcycle clubs on weekend who have contests to see which club can make the most noise reeving their engines which California's muffler requirements are negligible. Also phone didn't work. A couple got into a fight in the hall at 1 AM and woke us up. Couldn't contact desk clerk. We won't be staying there again. This was about our sixth stay similar problems that are slow to get fixed such as elevator not working. Two weeks later still not fixed.
